1. Introduction

If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes where required by law. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are additional to the product price.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy governs all returns and refunds. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information, and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If there is any conflict between these Terms and our Privacy Policy regarding the collection, processing, or disclosure of personal information, the Privacy Policy controls.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software, is the property of Kage Motor Co. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
